A little about me...

Howdy, I’m Chase Parks! Texan through and through, originally from Dallas, I made Austin my home in 2007. Texas is where my heart is!

I graduated with a BBA in Business Management from Texas Tech University in 2017. Go Red Raiders, Wreck’Em Tech!

My journey in real estate started when I joined a local Texas home builder as a New Home Consultant. I spent 4 years helping families find, design, and build their dream homes. Learning quite a bit about the construction process along the way. There’s nothing quite like being a part of my clients’ stories and turning their dreams into reality.

My extensive knowledge of neighborhoods coupled with strong connections in the building world sparked a desire within me to broaden my horizons and assist people across Austin in any community they desire. This motivated me to pursue my real estate license. Now, equipped with my license, I'm dedicated to helping individuals and families find their perfect homes across town, regardless of the community. I'm here to make the process as smooth as possible and ensure everyone discovers their ideal spot to call home. I firmly believe that finding the perfect home means finding the perfect community. Austin’s neighborhoods are diverse, and I know them like the back of my hand.

In my free time, you'll catch me hanging out with my loved ones, firing up the grill, and getting my hands dirty in the garden. I absolutely love spending time at Lake Austin. Oh, and did I mention I’m the proud father of a lively 5-year-old chocolate lab? We’re always out exploring the hill country trails together!
